How exactly do you take modded in-game pics???

I have done a ton of modding latey and i've gotten really good and there is only one thing that has me stumped... where are these people getting these incredible in game pics that are incredible?!?!?!?! i have heard that its XBMC or XBMP but i have both and i can't figure out how to take the pics?!?!?!? its really making me mad because i have a ton of cool skins that i want to show off and i dont know how to take the pictures yet!!! please help me...
