Making it Night in zanzibar

Ive been trying to make it night time in zanzibar. but i dont know how to start. im using dothalo. and i dont think dothalo has a plugin for it. But if there are any other programs i can use can someone give me a tut for making it night time at zanzibar.

Zanzibar isn't in Halo 1

get adi and download the plugin for lightmaplib goto scnr tag and use lightmap lib to change the brightness
