gmax, 3dsmax export settings

After looking for literally an hour, neither me or my friend was able to find the correct import/export settings for a Wavefront OBJ (ie: an extract Warthog from BG xbox)...

Can someone tell me how this is done..

ALSO: Can someone tell me where to find a GMAX importer/exporter.

I seriously googled it and we found about 40 links... >_< that were all dead.

Check this tutorial out. Maybe you can find it in there.

And if it wasn't there, check around the Tutorials Section. There is alot of tutorials dealing with that.
