'tunnel vision' or w/e you call it

hey guys i had a question, in the mod pharos reign as well as some others the normal first person playing view is stretched a bit looking like your in tunnel vision...ive messed and messed with all different things and asked around but cant seem to get it to work. im hoping someone could inform me or at least guide me to a way to do this. thanks.
