Please Help Me

hey this is prolly not the right place for this but when i use dot halo to change the bitmap of the warthog and i save changes/sign map/and sign shared/ and clear drives and ftp it . they wont show up in the game . im like flippin out .so please reply on how to make it work .....using dot halo not ADI.
