How Do I Make A Patch

Does any body know how to make a patch just for one thing in halo that can be installed on any map if so i want my rocket launcher mod in a patch and i want to know what program would work the best

i dont want you to make the patch because the rocket launcher is not finished

You can't make a universally working patch in Halo PC, so sorry dude, but you'll have to do it manually. And by the way, wrong forum, try the Tech Questions forum next time.
