Can I use mods offline?

Since the new update will it matter if I use mods offline, or will it still detect it and ban me when I sign on?

I have a bunch of modded dash's on my Xbox and it's fine for me, you should be fine.

i helped the people that did fun mods,like shooting bipeds

im a mod there because my friend is an admin and he wants me to help cut down on the cheaters, because he knows i hate cheaters

the program i released was called Map Mastuh

it did nothing but give fake errors and then restart your computer, i made it to piss off cheaters

There are fun mods and there can be not fun mods, fun mods are so much better than online cheating.
