Ugh, weather...

Is there a tutorial somewhere specifically for adding weather to a map without weather? I am trying to add snow to Zanzibar from Lockout. From what I gather I need the chunk adder, but thats about the extent of my knowledge, I tried following a tutorial that came with the program, but that only furthered my confusion. Could someone please give me a tutorial about how to specifically add weather.

No one's been able to add weather into a map without weather, so you'd have to find out how to do it yourself.

ok well i dont mod Halo 2 im a pc modder but i do have a sugestion ok are you tell him that some levels have no weather because thats is just weird umm i know you would have to rebuild the map wait can you rebuild the map if so add the snow when you rebuild it and then see if you can swap it for the sky or something but besides that im not really sure if the level doesnt have weather then it might not work ill get back to this if i come up with something better but how is it not possible on PC DECOY added rain from 343 guilty spark into a map with no weather so i think it should be possible
