Message box and text do not appear in Halo PC

When you chat in Halo PC, you're supposed to see a 'All:' and then your text. Well, that doesn't show up. Nor the text from me, or other players. I need help fixing this; owning isn't fun without the chatting!

Wow. I never fixed it. My CE doesn't do it though.
