Before I start I'll just say what I use; I use Hex Wroshop 4.2, I want to use HMT3 and Framework but I can't :(, because I need Microsoft Framework to run HMT3, but the problem is I got Windows ME and Microsoft Framework isn't comptible for windows ME.

Ok, well I got the knowledge of Hex, and now I want to modifiy the Meta. I got some basics but I need to know something important: How do I know the humbers and/or letters to add on the META so you can search it on the Hex Workshop (ex: The Tutorial to make a tank go fast, you add 2F4 to the meta given you in the offset list). So Is there a Way to find what to add or is it testing and testing?

I was wondering this myself, haven't found anyone who would explain yet though.

OSX isn't even made by Microsoft and what does this have to do with how to find out property offsets?

Hacker, it's mostly looking at several different maps, seeing recurring values (within biped, collision, weapons meta etc) then make slight change to one and test it. I'd never used hex before and have figured out things like health and shield, no overheat on plasma guns and flamethrower. There is a partial list of values listed at halo-mods and I believe some in this forum have dedicated some space on their personal websites listing some of the discovered values.
