Low Poly Famae (WIP)

Since all my guns were high poly katarn told me to make a low poly one.
this is what the gun looks like

Dude. No. Do you even know who Katarn and Snaf are?They are some of the few 1337est modelers that have ever set foot in CE. =D

You should loose some of the sides on the barrel, lower it to 5 sided as you really wont see it in game. Nice model however.

6-12 for barrel, i use 8-10 mostly. If you happen to see the barrel ingame, it'll look hexagonal, which is ugly. Most of the time, to account for field of view, you extend the barrel so its seen.

I use 8-12 for any cylinder-shaped components. Anything less looks terrible.

Rendering a model with wires is easy. Clone your model (select all pieces, right-click, clone). Make a material in the material editor and have wire checked. Apply this to the cloned pieces of the model, apply a push modifier (at a low value) to your model. Render.
