mod problem

ok i have all 3 games to soft mod my xbox but only one can work because its not a platinum hit but i tryed 5 saves to soft mod my xbox box but when i load it it has the error 21 thing or it sometimes the profile doesn't show please help me out i don't know what to do and my xbox is a v1.1
