When i click inject in HMTv3.5 it says

"The Texture u are trying to import is larger then the existing data! Would you like HMT to update the stored size of the image being injected? Choosing no will truncate the file so that it conforms to size specified in the map file. Note: Injecting larger files without truncating can result in map corruption, and is possible that the file may not work after truncating. It is recommended that u inject files of same size unless u have changed their offset to an position in the file that will not be affected

Click yes. Trust me, I made a sand bitmap from scratch and I had to do that.
