Go into a map that has some open flat terrain, also make sure you have a Spectre and a Wraith in the level. Then when nobody is in the driver seat of the Spectre, have the player you want to launch go up to the front of the Spectre and crouch and keep walking into the front. Then the other player should get into a Wraith, then get alittle bit aways from the Spectre, then drive toward the Spectre and boost a little bit before the Spectre. If done right it should launch the player so high they will hit the top of the map.
