Milkshape?

Is there any way I can make a gun in milkshape and name the markers the same, export it as a wavefront object and import it in 3ds max 7 and link to the frame or can i link them all in milkshape?

you can't do the link stuff in milkshape methinks but just get gmax its free and almost the same as 3ds max
