Please, don't double post. And there are plenty of sword mods floating around, if I'm having trouble and nobody will help me I download a mod which has what I want and reverse engineer it to get what I want to know.

i posted about fraps before, ppl said it uses too much fps

they also told me about camtasia and gamecam

if you want a sword check "Tutorial Submission" over at files.
Knave posted a really useful one, which comes with a FP model.
