To get new maps onto my xbox do i need to copy the game to my HDD first?

Not sure if i post this here or not either.

And if anyone would like to help real quickly they could PM.

Probably wrong forum, but oh well.
Yeah you do need the original game on your HDD.
That's all I know of this particular subject.
