Questions on PMI

I'm trying to rebuild bloodgulch so that it has pelicans and wraiths. How would I do this? Do i take a rebuilt gulch that has wraiths, batch extract it, and do a PMI with the pelican from b30? Or do I do it all at once somehow?

whenever i put a pelican in bloodgulch what should i copy the meta over
i tried the tank and the ghost
i tried the ghost when there was already a wraith in the map
please help
