ok i got on my computer today and none of my menus are showing up, but there leaving black outlines and its really annpying!
And if they don't accept Jesus as their Personal Savior, you can kill them later. How cool is that!
Check transparency settings maybe?

You probably should've whited out your name a little more. I kind of figured it out pretty easily. I'm kind of confused at where those menus came from. I don't get it. If you have any desktop modifying programs, turn them off. That's about all I can think of.

Here's a few things to check.
Open IE
Goto Tools > Options > Accessibility >Uncheck options here
DO you have a Nvidia Graphics card?
NVIDIA in Control Panel has an option for transparent menus, is this selected.
Alos try unchecking the "fade effect" option in Control Panel, Display, Appearance, Effects.

i just rebooted, meh i was using paint and thoos menus where in the way... lol
