Is there any confirmed area of when it is going to be released or if its going to be released at all?

Just want to know how long I have to wait is all

The Halo Editor is being made by GearBox to the best of my knowledge. They should be coming out with it soon. When it comes out, I'm pretty sure HaloMods will have it posted in the News section.
