On slayer it is in the big circle room on the left side as you come in, and its in one of the vent things.

I found it on CTF... yet another duo of hints: By an annoying spot that the nuke can blast you out of.

And, a banshee may help, so does hog grenade jumping.

after finnaly being able to test this, i have to give this a 9.5/10. the only reason its not a 10/10 is for a problem with the nuke. it stays white where it explodes for the rest of the game. other than that its great, been waiting a long time for this

and PS to all those who couldnt find it in slayer, its not on there, its only on default CTF

CE - PC is Legal, bt those guys consider it disrespect even if they give credit, yet there are no better dispect to Bungie (according to their CE - PC ripping morols or whatever).

They rip Bungie's stuff, but they don't want you ripping their stuff even if it's Bungie's.

They deem stealing bungie's content as ok, but when it comes to their shit, it's a national issue. Well, that how big it is. Especially Lightning.

And masters and killa. NKnave doesn't seem to give a shit. Handed his Boosting CE Ghost that actually boosts in PC to me without a care in the world. Hell, he told me he don't give a shit. He told me his "Bang 'Em High was a map that I can strip it's weapons off of and place it in my copy of Halo PC only.
