[Halo CE] Some misc. map building problems

I just have a few problems

1. Are there blitzkrieg plugins for 3ds max 7?

2. I'm having huge problems with tool. I don't know even how to use it... I go to command promt right? I followed the tut on how to make a CE map but it just says its not a valid batch or exe...(or something like that)

If you can get me a link for a good tool tut, I'd appreciate it. Thanks
