Video Editors???

ok so i have WMM2 and want to find somebody that has something more powerful to do Movie Theater Quality logos if you have seen the turtle turtle clans video logo im looking for something to do that type of quality

whats good and free???

if not free anything good for low prices??

please help me out

It's not free, but Adobe Premier Pro is nice, and so is Final Cut.
