Weapons on local machine but not on others

After picking up CE again i found out that my home-made weapons appear on my machine when creating a lan-game but when others join or when running a ded they aren't visible but they are on the map. Anyone know how to fix this ?

First no flaming secondly i had the same problem ones because i got a modded blooadgucl and my firend the real one and we had the same problem

edit:...and did you place them as weapons or did you place them as flags>equitment?
