Is there any type of chip out there that I would be able to install so I could still make skins...all I want is a chip or something that i'd be able to make skins and weapons stronger, ect.

try http://xbox-modchips.com they have a sodler less adapter for all x-box vertion.
Please Don't pm me on how to use mods or how to do them.
