Tag Editor

Can someone explan the options when using Tag Editor with the projectiles and the vechiles plugins?

When opening DotHalo, Go to projectiles, pick something, the Tag Editor will pop up with options that can be changed. Can someone please tell me what each of those options do? Please.

And if possible explain the Vechiles Tag Editor

And if possible explain the Weapons Tag Editor
