How do I make custom picture things!

how do I make a custom picture thing like "Press E To pick up" then the pic in CE I have the bitmap I just need to put it in game somehow.

for CE you need this string list editor...i ahev a link hold on

there....its already tehre....dl it and when you open it go into your tags/ui/hud and pick teh one you want (item is the words and icon is a icture) (click load and then save) (and then remember the number you made the new one as and place the number in the hud message i think)

Yeah, thanks I've been wanting to do that, but that only tells you how to edit the text srings not how to put in the bitmap for the weapon.
