Turning off my Matrix Modchip

Lol, Im joking. I wondered about this too for awhile, since I have a Matrix, all you have to do is use the eject trick, which if I remember is you start a game from DvD, then you eject the disc, and if you look in the Xbox through side vent holes, the chip should be lit up red.

first of all , you should be having a modchip, cuz then u rip games, UNLESS its only for halo MODDING, which i kinda doubt that ( not saying ANYTHING ) but ive checked recent updates for modchip technology ,some of today no have a xboxlive anti-ANTI-pirating system, which means that xboxlive does not detect ur chip, which means u could cheat hack wateva, point is, check if urs is a anti-anti-piracy accesibility chip, and please, after you done riping games, and downloading pirated and leaked games, and halo3 probly, please, make sure your burn at 3000 degrees your xbox using thermite solution <===the broken(hacking with ramzi LOL hes hilarious)

Nothing you said was even relevant to this topic. Do you even have a matrix modchip? He asked people with the chip, or knowledge of the chip to respond.

And from what I read in your post, all I can see that you are trying to say is for him to get a new modchip.

ok travis well thx for the help but whenever i eject a real game, the EVO X dashboard comes up and that proves to me that the modchip is working.


BUT i remember when i installed it a few switches were on the modchip itself but havent bothered touching them because when i did, i screwed up the settings



ok well tonight i will just mess around with the switches and if possible drill a big enough hole in the side of my xbox so i can turn my modchip on and off whenever

Try this, put disc in xbox, turn off, then startup with disc in, then when it boots, eject, if done right, the MS dashboard should pop up, and the modchip should b red

ok well i took apart my box and i messed around with the modchip switches that were on the modchip itself.


then i finally got it to work with the eject tricks


not i can make it go red and green whenever

so thx for the help BUT


when it is red that means that i CAN WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS get xbox live and wont get band the second i get it

right?

ok guys well i posted this a while ago and,

it worked and i got xbox live!

3 days later when i was playing xbox live with the modchip off

i got banned for modified hardware. Somewhere along the lines xbox live searched my hardware or my modchip is a piece of shit and cant fully turn off the modchip. Any reason why??

i have heard rumors where xbox live searches your xbox hard drive, so any1 having this problem too???
