Weapon Names

Can some one tell me how to change the names of the weapons

yes first go in halo, start new game, then pic a sniper, and press ALT+F4, and your DONE!

i seriouslu hope u didnt belive that, but u will need some UI editor!

1-I didnt do that because alt + F4 causes it program to close ( I know cause I tell people to do it all the time on line )

2-I may have not metioned but for Halo 2 does that thing work with Halo 2?

crackpot quit spamming peoples topics with stuff that isnt relevant to them.

you will need a hex editor, prefereably hex workshop, (look at www.download.com) and search for the unicode string of the weapon in one of the maps. It should be one of the last results it finds. You can now change this string to whatever you want as long as it is <= the ammount of characters it has now.
