Creating New Portals - Who da man here that knows

Post by Krewz »

When I start tackling to add new portals to a map, which of the five main utilities (HMT, HHT, Spark-Edit, DDS Plugin, PPF Studio) will I have to use.

I know you guys know how convoluted the search engine is here. So finding a complete thread on how a portal is created, moved or modified is close to zero. I wish one of you guys could say....."Here's the thread your looking".

TIA

yeah...al you do is in sparkedit, use one of the top pull-down tabs to create a new teleporter pair. then you can find info on each one to find the origin teleporter (the one you step in) and destination (the one you come out of)

sorry if i can't give you a more detailed explanation, but i haven't used sparkedit in forever...and haven't done anything with teleporter pairs for longer!
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

its easy use sparkedit and on tools click add teleporter somthing like that there will apear 2 boxes whit arrows 1 pointing the other one and the one that is poiting the other box is the one u will stand to teleport were the box is poiting (i hope u dont get confused) and u just move em whit sparkedit were u want to stand to be teleported and where u want to be teleported to. :P
Modding is for modders, not for noobs.
