Can't join my servers

whenever i host a halo pc game, nobody can join my server.They said that they get the retrying server thing and it fails. Even when i don't use mods it happens. is there a way i can get people to join my servers?

do you have a router or firewall running?

If so, tell me the make and model.

If you have a really good firewall, take it down. Then put it up after play.

Sometimes the Windows XP firewall that came with SP2 can screw things up.

we dont have a firewall but protection which, I can guess, has the same efftect.
