I hate my internet

Post by Rallos »

Is it just me, or is there something wrong when your internet goes 5 times SLOWER THAN DIAL-UP when it should be going 7 times faster? Then theres the fact that the connection drops every five seconds...

taht happened to me when i had dailup. 56k and i was at like 28.6k. I think it has to do with software from you internet provider. I know that the the AOL screwed up thier the software they made to make cable connections faster. You had to go download a fix for it. It might be the way that the internet software set up you registry. Also service providers tend to lie about speed, and during the late day and nighttime there are so many people online that a lot of peoples connections slow down.
