Please HELP with Halo Custom

I have halo ce and it says to run DXDIAG i have and everythings fine, I tried the strings.dll thing and the blinks.dll thing. Not working still, help please.

if all else fails, u could uninstall CE and install it again, and if that doesnt work u could dl it again, maybe from a differetent host

im not an expert; just tryin to help
