What did you forget? Just do what ordinary folk do and plane model it.

The best tutorial I can find for plane modeling is at:

except the part where the beginning where you have to put the blue prints on the boxes how do i make the blueprint strech out all over the box not just 6 blueprints one on each side

you have to use a paint program to seperate them and apply them as different textures.
