maya 6 and photoshope elaments

ok what the dif. of photoshope eleaments* and paint shop 6 i just got photoshope eleaments can i still skin. is one cool than the other?

can i make models for halo with maya6 and use it in game?

yes you can still skin.... I too have photoshop elements (2) and I skin... the only diff between elements, and prof. photoshops is that Imageready doesn;t come with it, and you dont have channals.... that is the only diff. I have really knowtest... but paintshop... will have to be answerd by someone else
