degenerate triangle [or triangle with bad uvs]

Finish a new model/mesh? Got something you're working on? Finish a new map? Here's the place to post it for feedback and whatnot.

Redo the UVW map on your model. That should fix it.

you have over lapping faces... 2 faces on top of each other
import the wrl find that spot then delete and recreate those faces...re apply material and uvw then export and try again
Your sig can't exceed 500x120 in size.

Maybe remake the tunnel without any boolean, just make cuts, then extrude them and join them up, it can be done in about the same time.

Then give your tunnel a box map to be simple, and maybe change the tiling on it.

Also run an optimization modifier on your terrain, there is a bunch of un neccessary polygons there.

Prometheous will probably be the future of all halo modding, they might as well put in somthing that alows you to move vertecies from models so people wont need milkshape.

Programming isn't an easy thing, other wise everyone would be making their own mapping program lol
