It comes with HEK (halo Editing Kit) And you need Halo Custom Edition (CE) to put the things you make in game.

Sapien and Guerilla come with the Halo Editing Kit. More often known as HEK. You can find it in so many different places.

A requirement, though, is that you need Halo Custom Edition installed to be able to install HEK.

You Cant. Hek only sppourts user created maps.
