want kind of plugins do i need to see models in gmax for haloce?

what other plugins will i need?

well you can't get models out of halo ce maps. you have to make them yourself.
sonictag made a very nice tutorial on this

and once you do have your gun done, you'll need to frame and link it. then save as a .jms
you can do this by using chimp maxscript.

then you can run it in tool and make tags for the weapon.
