little problem, dont know how to fix it

i was working in 3ds max6 and i accidently closed the tool bar thing at the top and i dont know how to get it back.

ok i also have another problem, when ever i apply my image to a plane its all distorted and fuzzy i cant realy see details in it. well look at the image and see for yourself. anyone know how i can get on the plane looking like the original picture?

its fuzzy because it doesnt render perfectly in the viewport. but when u render u can see the details

True, but there is something you can do to help.
Go to customize>preferences>viewports
click on configure driver
Now change your download texture size to 512 and restart max, it should be better

go to customize>customize user interface>toolbars and hit resest
