H2Edit Problems [Noob in Distress]

Ok, I am competely new to the world of modding, and have one thing stopping me from fulfilling what I want to do. H2Edit. It wont work! When I open the app it says the initialization failed to load properly. I could be forgetting to do something stupid...but I don't know. Is there some type of .dll I need to have besides H2Sig? or what.

try downloading the newer one, dothalo and see if it works

Ok that wasn't the problem. Turns out my computer doesn't have .net framework...which I just downloaded, and now it works! thankyou anyways for stepping up to help
