DEVMODE HELP

does anyone know where i can get the alldev trainer or how to activate devmode things like spawn vehicle or spawn all weapons in multiplayer. I can only do it on LAN. I played somebody today and they did it but wouldn't say how. THnx.

i got it, some random guy gave it to me, after pursuading him.
he said he got it from the second hell, then said something about it beings his grandmas house....
