windows movie maker does that, but it would look shitty if you place it on 5MB

like the movies in he movies sections are like 25mb max and theiyre like 5 min..howd they do that..and i know u can do it w/ ulead video produtions 8, but how? thanxs. and how would u do it w/ movie maker?
