I want to turn a scenery into a vehicle, so that you can make it move like you can in Halo 2.
But the program(s) say I have to have an animation tag for the scenery.
Can anyone help me?

Well, it's kinda hard. You don't need animations really, but try and create like an idle animation or something. Use the previous .animation files from other vehicles as guideline. Make sure your animation doesn't really "animate." Just export it as staying still.
You'll also need a physics file. Just create little boxes and spheres on collision points in the model, and call them something like "#point1" or something. Basically, these boxes or spheres are markers. Export as a .jms, and compile as a physics file in tool.
