warthog/banshees driving themselves

anyone else see this happen? i started a server so a friend of mine could join and before he came in i hid the only banshee in the map behind a rock in death island (no respawn). well anyway, he came in and said, "who's flying the banshee?" and i said, "no one, it's just me and you." so i went over to him and he was shooting into the air at absolutely nothing claiming there was a banshee flying around, he took a screen shot and sure enough, a banshee was flying itself on his screen. so i went over to where i hid the banshee, got inside it and as i did that the banshee on his screen disapeared. can we possibly make this happen again? anyone know how?

was the shee flying around in circles or did it just keep going in a straight line and not stop even when it hit a wall?

who was hosting the server? it my have been some kinda problem between server to client?

sounds kinda like the trick where you can drive 2 vehicles...
maybe u pulled that off somehow w/o the 2nd vehicle...

Load o BS. I had this happen on NMC once or twice. AND it only happened with the SAME guy near me. Guys, ITS A HACK.

or maybe ur friend's lag had cause this
u ppl should know that rcing (i dont know if it was rced, but it looked like it...) cant be seen by hosts....
