halo map tools{in the utilites section} ull need .Netframe work from micosoft
just gooogle for it.
Hek {halo editing kit} frome bungie same just gogle it.
photoshop{if you dont have it you can get there demo {adobe}
and ull need the DDS plug-in to make skins {look for tutorials found here at halomods}-- tutorial section.
a hex editor....maby
