Help with rcon

I need to know how to use the rcon....I got the rcon right, but I cannot seem to do say or do anything....
Let's just say that the rcon is hermetripe....how would I do, say, sv_say? If I wanted to say something?

sv_say is a Server Console only command.

heres what you would do if you were say.. banning um... DRL from you server

First off have rcon inabled ill use your password 'hermetripe' for demo.

In your in game console type in. 'rcon hermetripe sv_players'
It should say rcon command finished at bottom.

Now find that digit for the player

0 YOURNAME
1 DaRealLogan
2 Some Noob


Then like normal
'rcon hermetripe sv_ban 1' or 'rcon hermetripe sv_ban DaRealLogan'


But if you want the server in Halo CE to say soemthing you need to do that from the Console on your desktop
