How can i make the black stripes like in Red vs Blue ?

I think people may be confused by the words"black stripes", which i assume must be the Letterbox format of the video(i.e: the big black stripes on the screen).
Am i right?

Uh, when your asking a question for such a generic term, be prepared to answer questions about what you want. Black stripes could mean like an edited skin on a master chief, map, gun, or whatever.

By black stripes in this sort of thing, I now know that you're talking about the "Widescreen" black stripes because I asked you a question.

sry, sry for that guy to, i was on the nerv! this stupid AVID pro program was pissin me off, so i had no patience, and HAD to konw how 2 put the widescreen-like black stripes, and PLEASE TELL ME HOW, AND NOW, and please to make this easy , dont give me your opinion , but your HELP! if u can!

get that gamecam thing and I think you close in the screen to give you thos black stripes.
