Mod Master Chief weaponless?

Can anyone explain to make how to get Master Chief in Haloce Weaponless. Like totally no weapon like in FTC videos. And im using HMT and i always hear somethign about switching dependecies but i dont kno how. So can somebody walk me threw it really quick instead of just sending me around to gather information that doesnt help me.
