Editing CE HUD / reticle

well i know you can edit the hud and reticles for pc

but how do you edit them in CE?

if some one could help or even possibly make them

thatd be great (this is for our vietnam mod)

uhhh... i believe the tag you need to edit is the wphi, or weapon_HUD_interface
