ok I want to change the color of the needler and I change its color but when I play its the same color when I shot it

Did you make a new map? You need to make a new map before you can use edited or new tags.

Would somebody please make a new program where you can just inject those tiny little things into a new map so that U don't have to recreate an entire map just to change the color of a frikin needler?????
